Student Ambassador Program

Wamo Student Ambassador Program

We are searching for enterprising students to become ambassadors of the Wamo app. For students who enjoy the Wamo app, the ambassador program is a chance to help grow a strong and active Wamo community at their University, and an opportunity to gain some real-life marketing and business experience. As a student ambassador, you would be part of the exciting Wamo team, and represent the company in an official capacity at your University.

Benefits of becoming a Wamo Ambassador

As a Wamo Ambassador, you can develop invaluable social, team and entrepreneurial skills. All while making friends, connections and a bit of extra spending money.

It’s a great addition to your CV, demonstrating your entrepreneurial spirit and your ability to manage and cope with extra responsibilities alongside your studies and other activities you are involved in.

You can join an existing Student Ambassador team at a number of Universities. Or for those who love a challenge, you can be the first Wamo Ambassador at your University: build a team of your own and start a Wamo revolution on campus. It’s an amazing opportunity to show your self-starter potential, whilst creating an exciting movement and community at your University.

Starting a Wamo Revolution on your campus

  • Wamo ambassadors are interesting and active users of the Wamo app. They would be featured regularly in the ‘Be Inspired’ section of the app, and are responsible for creating an active and thriving Wamo community on campus.
  • Ambassadors promote the app on their campus, through social media and other creative initiatives. They represent the Wamo brand on campus and are a point of contact for any questions other students may have if they wish to learn more or get involved.
  • Student Ambassadors also have the chance to develop their real-life marketing skills, lead a team, and work with and provide feedback to the Wamo team.
  • Wamo is for people who enjoy sharing the things they love with their friends, and being a Wamo Ambassador is just an extension of that: it’s about sharing your love for the Wamo app.
